Working Moms Collective

This group is for Working Mothers in San Diego. Meetings are located at our Mission Valley office.

My clinical practice has had a significant following in the past few years of women in the workforce who are incredibly challenged at finding the balance that they need in the working-mother juggle. Unfortunately, I see both of these valuable areas of their life suffer as these women become overwhelmed by this unique type of stress.

​The focus of this group will be to provide support, education, and skills for women to be more healthy, mindful and present in their life, and to ultimately increase their sense of satisfaction and calm.
