Priscilla Jouvin, LMFT
Priscilla Jouvin is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Advanced Health Care. She completed a Master’s of Science degree in Couples and Family Therapy, at the University of Oregon. In 2015 she received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Azusa Pacific University with an emphasis in counseling.
She has experience providing therapeutic services to couples, families, and individuals across various life cycles in many different settings. She has performed mental health assessments and provided services for clients with a wide range of presenting concerns such as Major Depressive Disorder, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, and Posttraumatic Stress Disorder. Priscilla has worked with children and families on the Autism spectrum, at the University of Oregon campus clinic with students and the surrounding community, Emergence a drug and alcohol treatment center, and other private practice settings. Overall, she enjoys working with teens, adults, and couples who are experiencing life transitions, relationship conflict, stress, grief or loss and she helps manage the anxiety that may come along with it. Her goal for therapy as a systemic therapist is to provide a holistic approach to assess the presenting concerns, develop goals that include all aspects and individuals in the client’s life in order to restructure the client system and strengthen bonds. |
