We all have those days where we need a little pick-me-up…
I like to read (and re-read) inspirational quotes to help keep me on the positive side of life when I am having a trying day (and yes, we ALL have them!) Here are a few of my favorites: "Resolve to be tender with the young, compassionate with the aged, sympathetic with the striving, and tolerant with the weak and the wrong. I love this idea that we are all individual, we are all unique, and we our own perspectives and opinions. This does not mean that one person's way of thinking or doing is right or better - but that we are all "right" if we are following our own values and perspective. We should encourage one another to follow our own truth and respect (or embrace!) the differences among us! |
